1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zk777 platform, website, mobile application (including the zk777 Android APK), or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the zk777 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with zk777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. Pakistani players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is permissible under the laws applicable to them.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep such information updated throughout your use of the Platform.
• You may only hold one active zk777 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

zk777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your zk777 account that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify zk777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

zk777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — are your responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

zk777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are specified on the Platform cashier page and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed.
• zk777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits are credited to your zk777 account balance instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method selected.
• zk777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zk777 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, zk777 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonus terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, are specified on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, and gaming activity on the zk777 Platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets and game rounds that have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
• zk777 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or where there is evidence that a player had access to information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (inside information).

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Abusing the customer support system through harassment, threats, or repeated frivolous complaints.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zk777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphic designs, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of zk777 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of zk777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk777, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in Platform services caused by factors outside zk777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network disruptions, power failures, or government-ordered service restrictions.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if zk777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zk777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

10. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure

zk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to applying an inactivity fee, zk777 will attempt to contact you via your registered contact details.
• zk777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

11. Responsible Gaming

zk777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits – Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
